Are Preparation expenditures eligible?
Preparation costs are eligible only for projects approved by the Programme Steering Committee.
Preparation costs only are eligible up to one year prior to the closure date of the call (or as of 1 January 2007 for the first call for proposals).
Preparation costs are subject to a ceiling 5% total eligible cost ( maximum 20.000 €)
